9win Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations as a Player

01Eligibility to Register and Play at 9win

To open an account and use any feature of 9win — including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, depositing, or withdrawing — you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.

9win reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements. If a player who does not meet the eligibility criteria has deposited funds, those funds will be returned through the same payment channel used for the deposit.

02Account Registration, Management and Security

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account at 9win. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same mobile number, same national ID, same device, or the same payment method — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your password, linked mobile number, and payment method details — secure and confidential. 9win will never ask for your password by any means, including live chat, email, or phone.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your 9win account and not share it with any other person.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 9win support immediately via live chat.
• 9win is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Name changes are not permitted after account registration. If there is an error in your registered name, contact support with your original registration details and valid ID documentation.

03Deposits — How to Add Funds to Your 9win Account

9win accepts deposits exclusively through the following Pakistani payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion.

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200 across all payment methods.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically credit to your 9win wallet within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• 9win does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — check with your provider directly.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• 9win reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in cases where large or unusual deposit patterns are observed.

04Withdrawals — Receiving Your Winnings in PKR

Withdrawals at 9win are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. This is a security measure designed to prevent fraudulent redirection of funds. You cannot withdraw to a different account or a different person's payment details.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–4 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
• 9win does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 9win's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. 9win may request a copy of your CNIC or other identification document if your account has not been fully verified.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the portion of your balance derived from real money deposits and completed wagering is withdrawable.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing times, contact 9win's support team immediately. Delays are rare and almost always the result of a payment provider processing issue rather than anything on 9win's end. Support will track the transaction and provide an update within 30 minutes of your query.

05Betting Rules and Game Conditions

All bets placed at 9win are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a specific game feature (such as the cash-out function in crash games) allows early settlement before the market closes.

• The minimum bet across most 9win markets is Rs 100. Specific minimum bet values are displayed within each game or betting market before confirmation.
• Maximum bet values vary by market, game type, and account tier. The applicable maximum is always shown on the bet slip before you confirm.
• In cricket betting: if a match is abandoned without an official result, all match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets that completed before abandonment are settled normally.

• System errors or technical faults that cause an incorrect payout do not create an entitlement to the erroneous amount. 9win reserves the right to correct such errors and reclaim any excess payout resulting from a technical fault.

06Bonuses, Promotions and Free Credits

9win regularly offers promotions to new and existing Pakistani players. All bonuses are governed by these general terms plus the specific conditions published on the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The requirement (e.g. 20× the bonus amount) is clearly stated on every promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period.
• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times across accounts will result in disqualification from all associated accounts.

• Prohibited conduct includes: using bots, scripts, or automated betting tools; colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes; exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain; using stolen payment details or fraudulent accounts; and any form of match-fixing or manipulation in sports betting markets.
• 9win monitors betting patterns for irregular activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation. 9win cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspicious activity where legally required.
• Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance will be forfeited. This includes winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct.
• If you believe another player is engaging in unfair behaviour, you can report it to 9win support. Reports are investigated confidentially.

9win's casino games operate on certified random number generation. Crash game outcomes use provably fair cryptographic verification. Neither 9win nor any of its providers can manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published return-to-player percentages.

08Responsible Gaming Obligations
